Delivery Policy
Delivery times
We process and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected:
- FRANCE - Free delivery: 5 to 15 working days
- Other Countries - Free Shipping: 7 to 19 business days
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link within 15 minutes. If you can't find the order confirmation email, be sure to check your spam folder.

Delivery areas
We currently ship to all countries in Europe as well as the UK, Australia, USA and Canada.
Order tracking
All our orders are shipped with a tracking number. You can track your package by clicking on the link received by email or by accessing your customer account.
Delivery delays and problems
In case of unusual delays, please check your package tracking and contact our customer service if necessary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control (strikes, bad weather, customs, etc.).
Incorrect delivery address
Please check your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. If you make a mistake, please contact us immediately at contact@feralwalk.com. If the package has already been shipped, we will not be able to change the address.
Lost or damaged package
If you do not receive your package within the specified time frame or if it arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@feralwalk.com, attaching photos if necessary.
Return to sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your expense.
